MR Dula Enterprise, LLC ("we," "us," or "Company"), located in Raleigh, NC, USA, operates AgentPay, a payment layer for AI agents. This Use of AI Policy describes how we approach artificial intelligence ("AI") in our products, documentation, and operations, and how your data may be involved when you use our Services.

AgentPay is designed to enable your AI agents to make and receive payments (e.g., via the 402 protocol and USDC). Our core Services—API keys, wallets, payment execution, and spend tracking—are deterministic and do not rely on AI for decision-making. We do not use AI to approve or deny payments, to manage your wallet balances, or to make automated decisions that materially affect your account. Documentation and support content may be created or updated with the assistance of AI tools; we review such content for accuracy and consistency.

3. Data and AI

We do not use your API keys, wallet data, payment details, or spend history to train third-party AI models. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data (e.g., API usage patterns) to improve our Services and for internal analytics. If we introduce features that use AI to process your data in the future, we will disclose that in our documentation and, where required by law, obtain consent or provide opt-out mechanisms.

4. Your Use of AI with AgentPay

When you use AgentPay with your own AI agents or third-party AI systems, you are responsible for ensuring that such use complies with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and with applicable law. We do not control how your agents or third-party AI use the API; you should implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., rate limits, spend limits, audit logs) to prevent misuse. We are not liable for decisions or actions taken by your or third-party AI systems that use our Services.

We are committed to clarity about the role of AI in our Services. If we materially change how we use AI (e.g., to make automated decisions that affect users), we will update this policy and, where appropriate, notify users or obtain consent.
